CNET News.com reports. Digital Life America found in a survey of 2’600 Americans that 78 percent considered taking a DVD from a store without paying as a "very serious offense." The study contrasts that figure with the 40 percent who said they believe it is a "very serious offense" to download copyright movies off the Internet without paying for them. The study director says: Most people believe downloading copyright movies without paying for them is not a "big deal".
